# Step by Step Guide to Mine MetCoin

#### **Step 1: Sign Up and create a Metchain Web Wallet**

Click on the Signup option from the dAAP and input the Name, Email and set your password.

Usecase: Receiving your mining rewards, To mine MetChain, you will need a crypto wallet that can hold the rewards once you mine them

#### **Step 2: (Early Mining) NFT holders to transfer Metchain NFT**

Early miners would need to create the MetChain WebWallet as a first step and then proceed to connect their wallet to transfer their NFT to the Metchain blockchain network.

Now you are ready to avail the Benefits of being the first one In on any utility that is launched.

#### **Step 3: Download the mining software**

#### Step 4: Configure and run the command to start mining MetCoin

Run the below command in commandline or create a .bat file with the configuration. Certain values needs to be replaced as mentioned in below reference table.

<mark style="background-color:green;">metchain.exe</mark> is the package name

*<mark style="color:red;">{poolurl}</mark>* needs to be replaced to with *stratum.metchain.tech*

*<mark style="color:red;">{metchain-walletaddress}</mark>* This is the metchain webwallet address of the mining user.

*<mark style="color:red;">{rigname}</mark>* The rigname is optional paramater and can be defined by the miner.

-p x This is password and should be as as is without any changes. No password needs to be metioned in this parameter.

#### Step 5: Collect your mining rewards

The benefits are transmitted to your synced cryptocurrency wallet following block mining. Inquire about the procedure of obtaining rewards from the pool leader if you're mining in one.
